Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

RETURN POLICY
 Products cannot be returned.
 Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or the product delivered is the wrong one.
 No extra charge is charged in case the product delivered is incomplete or wrong or the product delivered is damaged in any form.
Exchanges:
Exchange is available only in the case if the product is damaged.
Return Intimation:
The customer need to drop an email at info@regalcopper.com within 10 days from the date
of delivery. It is mandatory to share the :-
 Order number
 courier docket number or AWB Number
 The valid reason why are you returning the product.

Guidelines for a valid return:
 The product needs to be in a returnable condition plus it should be according to our return policy.
 The cash memo and the packing should be left intact( nothing should be missing). which is needed to be returned with the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Regalcopper follows a very easy return policy and an easy cancellation process available for our privileged customers. Customer can cancel the order online before the shipment of the product. If the product has been canceled before the shipment of the product, the entire amount will be refunded within a stipulated time.

Charges will be applicable if the cancellation is done after the shipment of the product, or if the product has been delivered. The entire order needs to be canceled, we do not entertain the partially canceled request.
REFUND POLICY
 A refund request will be entertained for all type of orders where the amount is prepaid or cash on delivery orders.
 The process of the refund is processed within 2 business days of receiving the product refund request.
 The refund would be processed in the account used for the order payment, between 4-8
days of initiating the product. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
MODE OF REFUND
The refund is made to the account being used to make the payment for the purchase of the product, for both canceled orders & returned products.
